The headline I would love to wake up to: Iraq Accepts Cheap Oil From Chavez Government

Unfortunately, contracts for Iraqs oil are being drawn up as you read this by Paul Wolfowitz (remember him?)on his new desk over at the World Bank. It took him a little while , but he finally realized how much simpler it is to invade and occupy a country by working with the IMF.
