While all the criticism is focused on Venezuela, it seems Our Neighbor To The North is running into financial trouble caused by falling crude prices as well. They are lowering interest rates to make dollar traded energy a bit cheaper but unfortunately it makes it easier for already indebted Canadians to borrow more.
